• Basic aggregate traffic statistics. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run cross-site tracking pixels.

Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate — website hosting, email delivery, payment processing and accounting — each bound to use it solely on our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires it.

6. Payment information

Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our systems. We retain only the transaction reference, amount, date and billing contact needed for accounting.

7. Retention

• Unsuccessful inquiries: deleted within 24 months of last contact.
• Client engagement and billing records: retained for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements.
• Server logs: retained for 12 months.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither), and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

9. Children

10. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS, stored on access-controlled systems, and available only to staff who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.

Where a production records identifiable individuals, appearance releases are collected before filming. Footage is stored on encrypted studio drives and used only for the purposes described in the signed scope and release.
