Delivery & Fulfillment
How finished work is delivered: secure download links, business-day delivery windows per service, and the exact file formats supplied.
1. How work is delivered
All finished work is delivered digitally. On final payment we issue a secure download link by email to your nominated contact. Links stay active for 30 days and can be reissued free of charge for 12 months after delivery. Physical media (hard drive or LTO) can be shipped on request at cost.
2. Delivery timelines
Timelines are measured in business days and begin when the final cut or asset set is approved by your nominated approver. Approval delays move the delivery date by the same number of business days.
| Service | Delivery window | Measured from |
|---|---|---|
| Corporate Videos | 10–15 business days | Approval of the final cut |
| Commercials | 10–15 business days | Approval of the final cut |
| Podcasting | 5–7 business days | Per episode, from the recording session |
| Digital Billboards | 7–10 business days | Approval of the design direction |
| Streaming Distribution | Stated separately | Confirmed in writing per platform at booking |
| Cable Distribution | Stated separately | Confirmed in writing per network at booking |
Distribution timelines. Streaming and cable placement depend on third-party review, traffic and scheduling calendars. At booking we confirm in writing the submission date, the platform or network review window, and the earliest available carriage date. Typical platform review runs 5–20 business days; cable traffic and scheduling typically run 10–30 business days. We do not control and cannot guarantee those windows.

4. Review and approval
Draft cuts are shared as a private streaming link with time-coded commenting. Two revision rounds are included. A round is one consolidated set of notes from your nominated approver, returned within 5 business days of the cut being sent.
5. Acceptance
Delivered work is deemed accepted 10 business days after the download link is issued if no written defect notice is received. Genuine defects — corrupt files, wrong specification, work that does not match the approved scope — are corrected free of charge and outside your included revision rounds.
6. Archive and re-delivery
- Final masters are archived for 12 months after delivery and can be re-sent free of charge in that period.
- Raw camera media and project files are held for 90 days unless long-term archival is purchased as an add-on.
- After those windows we cannot guarantee recovery. Keep your own copy of the masters.
7. Delays
If we expect to miss a stated window we tell you as soon as we know, with a revised date and the reason. Where a delay is caused by us and materially affects your launch, the remedies in the Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.
